Standard equipment on the GS40L, the spiked drive roller will crush clods, push down seeds, and dimple soil to trap moisture.
Front Gangs
The GS40L Series equips users with a choice between front notched disc blades for cutting seed openings or aggressive tillage, and front spiked rollers that form seed pockets and can uproot existing vegetation when angled sharply, making it adaptable across diverse field conditions.
Nylon Cultipacker for Improved Germination
To increase germination, the in-base rear nylon cultipacker levels and breaks up soil clods, pressing the seed into the soil for improved seed-to-soil contact, firms the seed bed, and creates furrows to trap and channel water.
