Connect more with the JDLink M Modem

The JDLink M Modem brings you the value of connectivity to machines in your operation regardless of brand, type, or age*. The M modem is easy-to-install and affordable while delivering valuable location information, machine performance and health data. When included with an optional John Deere display, you can also get agronomic (crop) data. All this data and information flows automatically to your John Deere Operations Center™ account where it is recorded and documented allowing you to measure and manage your operation’s activities better with informed data-based decisions.

When you connect your equipment and use the Equipment Mobile application, connected machines will show engine hours, fuel level, DEF level (if equipped), as well as maintenance tracking and alerts. Equipment Mobile will also provide much more information whether your equipment is connected or not such as is parts specific to your serial number, operator’s manuals, and much more!

Availability of the JDLink M Modem varies by country. Machine data detected by the modem varies by manufacturer and model.

If you simply wish to track the location of a machine, you only need battery power to the modem.

Preferred product for poultry producers

5090EL Tractor5090EL Tractor

Specially designed with poultry producers in mind. The 5EL is suited to fit in confined spaces where clearance is a constraint. While this model is designed to fit inside the poultry houses, it has the power to tackle other jobs throughout the operation.

Operators will be able to avoid overhead obstacles by lowering the rollover protective structure (ROPS) which reduces, the overall tractor height. The 5EL has a factory-installed side exhaust and can be equipped with a low-profile seat which further reduces tractor height.

Haul manure, rock, or move hay bales around the farm with the 5EL and loader. Run poultry house cleanout implements through the barns without concerns of overheating or rear hitch lift constraints. Schedule preventative maintenance, improve serviceability, and enhance dealer support with JDLink™.

Rising to the task: Increased lift capacity

Dual rear bale spearDual rear bale spear

Moving heavy hay bales through the field or using a larger 3-pt mount sprayer is no problem for the 5E tractors. The Model Year 2024 5090E, 5100E, and 5090EL tractors have a rear hitch lift capacity up to 4,600 lbs (2100 kg) which is over 30% more than previous models. Utilizing larger implements while maintaining the durability of the rear hitch can lead to significant efficiency gains on your operation.
